Walking the tightrope of your day-to-day life while evolving spiritually requires practical tools that are balanced by insight and wisdom. Being awake and aware is a choice, one that we make over and over.

Spirituality can have a pretty pink gloss over it. And, the platitudes and affirmations can bring a certain degree of comfort. But in my experience, it isn't enough.

When I don't want to face the world, I need something deeper.
When I don't know how to tell someone what I really feel, I need something true.
When I don't want to deal with emotional pain, I need something to help me move through it.

We'll hold space for your heart truth to shine so you can more clearly see what needs to be cultivated, what needs to be cleared, and what needs to be changed. This can be intense shadow work, but we'll go at your pace. And, I'll give you practical, grounded tools you can use when it gets tough.

As a recovered anorexic, I know what it’s like to feel deeply disconnected from my body and spirit—to have a yearning for home but feel hopeless in trying to find it. I spent many years not trusting myself, not knowing why I was here, and feeling terrified of my own truth.
My healing began with glimmers of self-acceptance—I caught sight of the Light and used it to guide my path.
I’m here to hold space for your transformation, to offer guidance and support, so that you can connect to your own wisdom. I’m here to help you step into your power and feel fulfilled.

I am a Reverend, Reiki Master, Human Design expert, metaphysician, and a triple-certified life, spiritual, and energetic coach in the shamanic Toltec tradition.

I have been blessed to study in several mystery schools and with don Jose Ruiz in the Eagle Knight tradition, as well as with the Ruiz family for authentic living.

I am a certified intuitive counselor and practitioner in Divine Resonance Magic. I studied with Gabby Bernstein at Spirit Junkie and with Donna Eden for energy medicine. My Reiki lineage is Traditional Usui.​ I am a member of The Theosophical Society.

My Human Design journey began with a beautiful spiritual foundation from Jenna Zoe's reader trainings and has been enriched and deepened with qualified analyst training at IHDS (the official school); private mentorship in advanced studies by an esteemed Human Design leader and teacher; an amazing exploration into Rave Biology along with its connection to homeopathy and the I'Ching; and further self-studies at Jovian.

I am a certified handwriting analyst with a specialty in graphotherapy.

I received my Doctorate in Metaphysical Sciences am a certified metaphysics practitioner; I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
