HEALING
A recurring theme we hear in mainstream TV is that there is a price to pay for magic. Charmed warned us about personal gain. Rumpelstiltskin was forever telling us that all magic comes with a cost. The Magicians told us that the strongest magic came from pain.

As much as I love each of those shows, the message bugged me. I see magic everywhere. It's woven into the fabric of our being. Why should there be a toll to live as ourselves?

Then, it hit me. It isn't that magic requires a price, it's that change comes with a cost. In order to move into a new alignment or vibration, to alter your state, something has to be released. We need to clear away the blocks so the light can shine through.

I have spent most of my life learning about human behavior, how to deal with the mind, and the ways subconscious patterns show up in our experiences. It's why I love metaphysics so much. It also brings up a lot of stuff that needs to be dealt with.

I have found, time and again, that healing work is really a code for shadow work: We've relegated some essential truth of our nature to the moldy, dank basement of our psyches, and that repressed energy manifests in unwanted ways. We end up dealing with it physically (often as illness) because we don't know how to integrate it psychically.

To me, healing is about authenticity. It's about truth.

As a Reiki Master and a Metaphysician, I focus on spiritual healing as a way to address the mental, emotional, and physical bodies. Our bodies are always communicating with us; they provide a lived map of our internal state. In order to heal, we must be willing to integrate what we've disowned and release the pattern (beliefs, defense mechanisms, habits, fears) that created the condition. If we want our bodies to change, we have to align with a new template.
We can go about this in various ways, depending on what's happening for you:

-
Tapping (I pretty much always recommend tapping as a way to work through things, especially for empaths)
-
Aura repair
-
Belief work
-
Graphotherapy (making conscious, intentional changes in your handwriting that will align your brain to new patterns)
-
Shamanic journeys
-
And, of course, Reiki

If you're a very entrenched thinker (like I am), we'll include affirmations so that you have a place to put your mental energy as you're working through things.

I can't give you a timeline. Some things release quickly, others require big shifts, and there are some that are soul-based lessons for this lifetime. Regardless, we'll work together so that you can find a peaceful alignment with your particular path to integration and well-being.

While I am a certified metaphysics practitioner and I refer to myself as a metaphysician, I am not an MD. Consult your medical, mental health, or wellness practitioner as needed.
