What I'm Reading

So, I started don Miguel Ruiz’s new book with Barbara Emrys, The Actor.

I’ve studied in two Toltec apprenticeships and I thought, ‘I’ve got this...I’ll breeze through this book.’

Two chapters in and I’m already humbled. He has such a beautiful and simple way of writing. You’re lulled along and then all of a sudden, there’s a sentence that hits home.

I’ve already got multiple passages marked.

For anyone interested in Toltec wisdom, it’s very accessible. I’m loving it.
